I am Dae-Young Kim, the representative who created, operates, and instructs the Howling World Martial Arts Group.
I was born in Seoul, and I entered Martial Arts at a young age in 1980 and trained. During my school days, I gained experience such as participating in demonstration groups and competitions, and trained steadily until enlisted in the military. As a special forces non-commissioned officer, he faithfully completed his military life as a special forces officer and was discharged.
After being discharged from the military, I worked as a martial arts instructor in Chungbuk and Gyeonggi Province until 2013, and worked hard to teach and distribute martial arts until 2013.
While practicing martial arts, starting with Hapkido, I have been training Taekkyeon, Special Martial Arts, Dosubakta, ITF Taekwondo, and TKDD. We are working hard to spread martial arts.
Since 2002, the World Martial Arts Festival held in Chungju has sparked interest in foreign martial arts, and we have been training each other. . In addition, we are distributing, establishing, and distributing qualifications for world martial arts, military martial arts, and foreign martial arts courses that include the meaning of domestic and foreign martial arts and howling martial arts. My thoughts on foreign martial arts are based on Korean martial arts, and through active non-profit exchanges and respect, trainees should be able to learn comfortably and freely without cost burden, so that there is no problem in dissemination or popularization. For this reason, in terms of qualifications and certification, private qualifications are preferentially registered and disseminated in accordance with the Framework Act on Qualifications. I think this is a cornerstone for securing official business agreements between organizations in each country, cost reduction for local license issuance and technical training, and active distribution efforts in Korea. I think you can.

저는 서울에서 태어나 1980년 어린나이로 무술도장(서울 명무관 : 관장 정규남)에 입문하여 수련하면서 학창 시절엔 시범단과 대회 출전 등의 경험을 쌓고 군입대 전까지 꾸준히 수련하다가 1995년 부터 2001년까지 제13공수 특전여단 72대대 5지역대 9중대 특전부사관으로 특전사 군생활을 성실히 마치고 전역하였습니다.
전역 후 충북과 경기도에서 무술도장 사범생활을 2013년까지 하면서 무술 지도와 보급에 노력하였고 2014년에 드디어 저의 도장을 개관하게되어 지금에 와 있습니다.
무술 수련을 해 오면서 합기도를 시작으로 그 동안 택견, 특공무술, 도수박타, ITF태권도, TKDD를 수련하게 되었고 꾸준한 연습과 심사를 통해 단증, 지도자자격증, 심판자격증을 취득하고 협회별로 도장 인가를 받아 종목별로 무술 보급에 힘쓰고 있습니다.
2002년부터는 충주에서 열리는 세계무술 축제를 계기로 외국 무술에 대한 관심을 가지게 되었고 서로간의 기술 수련을 하게 되었으며 세계무술클럽과의 관계를 통해 좀 더 깊이있는 수련을 해오면서 지금도 열심히 다양하게 활동하고 있습니다. 더불어 국내무술과 해외무술 그리고 전술 및 하울링 무술의 의미를 함께 포함하고 있는 세계무술 과정을 국내에 자격 등록하고 정립해서 보급해 나가고 있습니다. 해외무술에 대한 저의 생각은 우리나라 무술을 기본으로 하여 상호간의 활발한 비영리적 교류와 존중을 통해 수련자들이 비용적 부담없이 편안하고 자유롭게 배울 수 있어야 보급이나 대중화에 문제가 없다고 생각합니다. 그래서 자격이나 인증에 있어 자격기본법에 의거하여 민간자격을 우선적으로 등록하여 보급하고 있습니다. 이는 상호 나라별 단체간의 공식적인 업무협약, 현지 자격증 발급과 기술 교육에 대한 비용적 절감, 국내에 대한 적극적 보급 노력 등을 보장받기 위한 초석이라 생각하며 또한 국내무술 중의 한 부분으로서 외국무술도 자리매김을 할 수 있다고 생각합니다.
앞으로도 이에 대한 소신을 가지고 꾸준히 노력해 나갈 것을 약속드리며 최선을 다하는 지도자가 되겠습니다. 고맙습니다.
